A stunning liqueur from Giffard, Giffard Brandy (or Abricot du Roussillon) is produced in France. It’s made by slowly macerating “Rouges du Roussillon” apricots, which are known for being more aromatic and less acidic than other varieties, and is just bursting full of the eponymous fruit.
