The Finish Cask Collection features a trio of luxurious double barreled aged spirits : a real treat for the rum enthusiasts of Lime House!
These limited edition 15 year old expressions are rested in casks of Tawny Port, Oloroso Sherry and Napoleon Cognac respectively. Each delivers a well aged, complex Central American spirit created from molasses, enhanced with a delightful bouquet of European wines during the second stage of maturity (last 3 years of finishing). This trans-Atlantic connection serves as an international bridge between cultures, a melding of classic flavors and gastronomic legends.

Naz had the opportunity of depicting his trip to Panama and his visit of the distillery. He was followed by a guest speaker, Jo - founder of Happy Cioccolato who prepared special batches of vegan rum-chocolate truffles, featuring each rum from the Abuelo XV Collection.
