Saint James - The Bartenders Society Competition ASIA 2019

 After a selection in each country, 9 Bartenders from Vietnam, Singapore and Indonesia gathered for the Regionals of The Bartenders Society Competition 2019!

The theme of this year was "When mixology meets gastronomy", which enabled the bartenders to create cocktails bringing the taste, the look and the techniques of gourmet pastry.

After a professional chocolatier workshop with Maison Marou Saigon, we headed to the competition where the contenders performed. This year's winner for the Regionals is one of our challenger, Summer Chen from Neon Pigeon !
