Natural fruit liqueur made from the maceration of cherries.
- Colour: deep ruby colour.
- Nose: typical of the fruit with a slight stone note.
- Tasting notes: all notes of the fruits : from the slight acidity of the berry to the stone. Acidulated finish.
Neat on the rocks, for the aperitif (with rosé or sparkling wine) or in cocktails.
For the aperitif:
1/5 Cherry Liqueur, 4/5 rosé or sparkling wine (Champagne or Crémant).
For the dessert:
as topping on melon or watermelon sorbet or on a vanilla or nougat ice cream.
