Natural fruit liqueur made from the maceration of blackcurrants collected in the Loire Valley.
- Colour: deep and intense garnet red.
- Nose: slightly peppery and very intense.
- Taste: slightly acidulous at first then strong taste of blackcurrant. The fruit’s bitterness comes at the end.
Neat on the rocks, for the aperitif (with white or sparklingwine) or in cocktails.
For the aperitif:
1/5 Blackcurrant Liqueur, 4/5 white wine, Champagne or Cremant.
